Adam D. Warner - President of Key Equipment Finance

Adam D. Warner

President, Key Equipment Finance

Adam D. Warner is president of Key Equipment Finance. In this role, he is responsible for all of Key Equipment Finance’s commercial and bank-based equipment lease and finance efforts; as well as equipment finance programs for the corporate aviation, technology, energy, healthcare, specialty vehicle and government vertical market segments. He is also responsible for overseeing the equipment finance programs for all of the company’s vendor customers, including equipment manufacturers and distributors in the U.S., Canada and Europe; and for the company’s advisory and distribution services unit.

Before joining Key Equipment Finance, Warner worked as senior vice president of sales and marketing at Mellon Leasing Corporation, where he had worked since 1988. Prior to that position, he was vice president and chief operating officer. He also held the position of operations manager at McDonnell Douglas Finance Corp. from 1985-1988.

Warner is a former Chairman of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s board of directors and executive committee. He is also on the Advisory Board for Food for Thought – Denver and is a member of the Leeds School of Business Board of Alumni and Friends at the University of Colorado Boulder.

Deborah Brady - SVP for Finance of Key Equipment Finance

Deborah Brady was named senior vice president and finance director in December 2009. She joined Key Equipment Finance in 1988 as a senior accountant. Since joining the company, Ms. Brady has held various roles of increasing responsibility, including positions as assistant accounting officer, pricing analyst and vice president of pricing. In 1997 she was named vice president of market development and in 2000 was promoted to senior vice president of global pricing and economics. Ms. Brady has served as a member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association's Financial Accounting Committee since 2001.

Peter K. Bullen - SVP of Sales

Peter K. Bullen was named senior vice president, Bank Channel, for Key Equipment Finance in May 2009. Bullen joined KeyCorp in 1992 as assistant vice president at Society Equipment Leasing/KeyCorp in Cleveland. In 1996, he became vice president, area sales leader, for KeyCorp Leasing, followed by a promotion in 2008 to regional sales director for the Great Lakes Region. Prior to KeyCorp, Bullen was assistant vice president from 1989 to 1992 at Ameritrust Co. in Cleveland, which he joined in 1987 as a credit analyst. He is a board member and treasurer of the Chagrin Falls Educational Foundation.

Rian W. Emmett - Managing Director

Managing Director, Specialty Finance Lending

Rian W. Emmett was named senior transactor and managing director of the Specialty Finance Lending unit of Key Corporate Bank in 2002. He joined the company in 1998 as a senior transactor, Key Global Finance. Prior to Key, Emmett was a senior transactor at Citicorp Securities and a senior transactor at Citicorp Equipment Finance & Leasing. Previously, he held various credit, sales and senior management roles at Westinghouse Credit Corp. He also holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.

Lori G. Frasier - SVP of Strategy for Key Equipment Finance

SVP, Strategy and Performance Management

Lori Frasier was named senior vice president of strategy and performance management in September 2013. In this role, Frasier is responsible for strategic planning, market research, client insights, sales performance and analysis, portfolio management, project management, and employee development initiatives. Frasier joined the company in 2003 in global human resources management and was promoted to senior vice president of strategic services in 2009. Throughout her career, Frasier has been heavily involved in the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association, having served as the chair of the organization’s Financial Institutions Business Council Steering Committee, chair of the organization’s Human Resources task force, and member of the Compensation and Diversity Steering Committee. She is also the former chair of the 36 Commuting Solutions Board of Directors, on which she has served since 2008.

Amy Gross - Senior Vice President Key Government Finance

Amy Gross was named senior vice president, Key Government Finance, in March 2016. In this role, she is responsible for the financial and strategic sales efforts of the municipal and federal divisions of Key Government Finance, including overseeing government growth with the company’s manufacturer and vendor alliances programs across the information technology, healthcare, transportation, industrial, water and energy sectors. She also partners with business leaders throughout Key’s community and corporate bank to ensure seamless delivery of tax-exempt finance products to public sector, not-for-profit, manufacturing and Native American entities. Gross joined Key Equipment Finance in 2009 as vice president of federal finance and was promoted in 2011 to senior vice president, municipal finance. Prior to Key, she worked for 17 years at GE Capital, where she was vice president of originations and operations for GE Government Finance. Gross has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wartburg College.

Robert Hawley was named senior credit executive for Key Equipment Finance in August 2015. In this role, he is responsible for managing Key Equipment Finance’s underwriting and credit activities, and for all portfolio monitoring for the company. Hawley joined Key in 2009 and has held various management positions in credit risk management, including serving as Asset Recovery Group manager for Key Equipment Finance and KeyBank Business Banking Western Region. Prior to joining Key, Hawley worked for Ford Motor Credit Company, where he held a variety of leadership roles in sales, operations and credit risk management.

Loren Hill was named senior vice president, commercial manufacturer and vendor sales, in July 2016. Hill is responsible for the ongoing strategic leadership of Key Equipment Finance’s U.S. commercial vendor organization, including all business development and manufacturer program management for the energy, health care, industrial and technology verticals. Before joining Key Equipment Finance, Hill was global head of capital markets for IBM Global Financing since 2000. Prior to IBM, he was senior vice president of asset distribution for Heller Financial, which followed a position as manager of capital markets. Previously, he was vice president of capital markets for Capital Associates International following several management positions of increasing responsibility. Hill has a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Dakota and an MBA from the University of Denver.

Matthew B. McKeon - SVP for Key Equipment Finance

SVP, Senior Counsel

Matthew B. McKeon joined Key Equipment Finance in 2000 and was named Senior Counsel in 2011. As a member of the leadership team, McKeon is actively involved in strategic planning and setting policy at the company. In his role as counsel, McKeon is a transactional and managing attorney for the direct sales, corporate aviation, vendor, government and international groups. Since joining Key in 2000, McKeon has held positions of increasing responsibility. Prior to joining Key, he was in-house counsel at the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York and an associate in private practice with Whitman Breed Abbot & Morgan.

Michael O'Hern joined Key Equipment Finance in 2012 as Senior Vice President, Originations. In this role, O'Hern leads business-processing units, drives profit strategies and implementation through origination channels, fosters client relationships, and manages employee development and engagement. O'Hern facilitates Key Equipment Finance’s already best-in-class alignment between clients, sales, operations, and risk. Prior to joining Key Equipment Finance, O’Hern was national manager of commercial bank operations at Chase Equipment Finance, where he also served previously as chief operating officer. Prior work experiences include management roles in equipment finance operations and risk management, as well as roles in vendor financial services, commercial banking and asset-based lending.

Sarah Palmer - for Key Equipment Finance

Sarah Palmer was named underwriting executive for Key Equipment Finance in April 2016. Palmer is responsible for the underwriting and risk management within the company, including oversight of underwriting for specialty finance, scored transactions, and Bank Channel origination activities. She also oversees the portfolio management and compliance functions within Key Equipment Finance. Previously, she served as credit executive for Key Equipment Finance, responsible for credit risk management for corporate credit within the company including adjudication, approval and oversight for Manufacturer and Vendor Alliances and Bank Channel originations. Palmer joined the company in 2006 and has held various positions within credit risk management. Palmer is a member of the board of directors of the Pan-American Innovation and Economic Research Institute, a charitable foundation that connects businesses with international development projects in South America. She earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Colorado at Denver.

Amy Paine was named senior vice president, asset management in March 2009. Ms. Paine joined the company in 2000 as planning manager for global vendor services and was promoted to senior vice president, global finance and treasury in 2004. She was named senior vice president, integration and business improvement in 2007. Prior to joining Key, she held various finance positions with the Hearst Corp. in New York.

Robert Piscitelli - Managing Director for Key Equipment Finance

Robert Piscitelli was named Managing Director of the Capital Markets & Syndication group in 2010. In this role, he is responsible for leading KEF's Capital Markets Group which includes both syndications and indirect orginations. Prior to Key, Piscitelli held various positions of increasing responsibility at General Electric, where he worked for 22 years, most recently as general manager of GE Capital Corp.'s Intermediary Funding. During his career, he has also held management positions at Dresser Leasing Corp. and International Harvester Credit Corp.

Pamela Riley - Human Resources Business Partner

Human Resources Business Partner

Pamela Riley was named human resources business partner for Key Equipment Finance in 2012. She brings more than 20 years of experience in all disciplines of human resources to the company. Riley works closely with the company’s leaders and managers and is responsible for delivering HR services that support and contribute to the business strategy. Prior to joining Key Equipment Finance, Riley served as director of human resources for EnCon United, where she was responsible for the design, development and promotion of human resources programs for the entire organization, consisting of eight facilities across the United States. Previously, she was senior human resources business partner and vice president at Wachovia and World Savings. Earlier in her career, she held positions of increasing responsibility with TeleTech and AccuStaff.
